Insurance

As a courtesy to our valued patients, our dental practice accepts most insurance plans, including non-managed care, Indemnity and PPO plans.

We are a Delta Preferred Plan dentist in San Jose, Santa Clara County. We also accept United Healthcare, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield and many others.

Financing

We have committed to make dentistry affordable. We are pleased to offer no interest financing through CARE CREDIT and Chase Health Advance.

For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American express in addition to cash and  personal checks.
